The resort exceeded all of my expectations and I've never experienced this level of accommodations at any resort. The communication was stellar, the resort itself had everything we needed and they truly went above and beyond to provide the 5 star experience. There were no hidden fees.

Amazing very professional check in experience 5 star service from receptionist Valaria! The welcome drink and room upgrade was a special touch and very much appreciated! Lovely beach and chairs service. We had a delicious lunch at the beach front restaurant and a fantastic dinner at the Italian restaurant. Both catered well to kids.

The service is unparalleled! The staff at Acqualina are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to accommodate you and make your stay truly a “5 star” experience. Upon arrival, Igor gave my husband and I a tour of the entire resort which was much appreciated. We did not make dinner reservations prior to arrival but as soon as we told them that we wanted to reserve a table that evening, not soon after, we received text confirming our reservation. Jimmy at Il Mulino was wonderful, along with Anthony. If you get a chance to go to the spa, please do! I can’t put into words how amazing the treatment (luxury foot) was. I have never fell asleep during a treatment. I was so relaxed. The relaxation room afterwards was a nice finishing touch. The staff are so attentive—it’s rather remarkable how they are always one step ahead of your needs/desires and provide a service well before it even comes to your mind. For that alone, they’re more than well deserving of a five star review.

Julien at the front seat was amazing! Every staff member was warm, genuine and helpful…. except for the concierge who was not happy sourcing a microwave for us.

Great location a lot of stores and restaurants around walking distance.Beds is super comfy very clean and spacious rooms they people who work at Aqualina very try to make your stay as great as possible

Service exceeded all expectations. All staff really went above and beyond. In particular, Jeremy Fox and Eugene on the beach were amazing. We loved hanging out with Franco at the pool bar. Luis, Carlos, Steven, and Ivan at Mulino were all excellent and made our dinners were just perfect. And also the sweet hostesses Alina and Zhgenya, and Ricardo, Valentino, Santiago at the beach. Also Andres made our beachfront dinner so special. And last but not least, we cannot forget to mention Randy, Louise, Victoria and Christian at concierge, who solved any problem with a smile, and truly made all of our acqualina wishes happen. The dinners were amazing at Mulino and Ke-Uh and Costa. Beach service was just the best. Everyone should try one of their coconuts. And our room was beautiful and comfortable, loved all of the little extras and attention to detail. We loved it all so much we even went to check out the Residences at Acqualina. Just a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Almost everything perfect. Some people of the Staff should be more friendly and smiling … but … I do not think that the Hotel can be guilty if somebody working in the Hotel is not always friendly ! I believe that this Hotel is the Best Hotel I have been in Florida.

Excellent hotel. In LOVE. they set up a surprise for my son s birthday. Jacky was absolutely lovely. Thanks a million times! We will be back!
